Hotel reservations

You can use the registration form to take care of your hotel reservation or return to it later. We have made a block reservation at hotels within a short walking distance from the conference hall. Participants can also arrange their own accommodation in which case we will gladly give you some guidance.

Participants can also arrange their own accommodation in which case we will gladly give you some guidance. You can use sites such as Booking and AirBnB. Harpa Conference Hall is situated at the seaside within walking distance of the down-town hotels. For hotels out of walking range, you can use taxi and public transport.

Getting to Iceland

You can fly directly to Iceland from over 35 locations in Europe and North America. To get from the airport to Reykjavik, you can take the bus.  It will take you through the lava fields of Reykjanes peninsula to downtown Reykjavík in 45 minutes. See Airport Direct, Gray Line, & Flybus

What to do in Reykjavik

Use your time in Iceland to the fullest. Many previous attendees have allocated a couple off extra days to explore the city and the surrounding environment. We highly recommend it! See an example of activities, sights and experiences in Reykjavik and surrounding area
