Conference and Awards

BAKER HUGHES FLORENCE LEARNING CENTER

Building the agile energy brand in a disrupted world

Energy brands are under sustained pressure, from affordability and geopolitical risk to grid expansion and the pace of change. At the same time, there are real reasons for optimism, from AI-optimised grids and advances in storage to the rise of community ownership.

CHARGE 2026 explores what it takes to build an energy brand that can respond, adapt and earn trust. How do you move quickly without losing direction? How do you stay distinctive as the landscape shifts? And how do you balance short-term responsiveness with long-term value?

CHARGE 2026: Experience florence

Set in the heart of Florence, CHARGE brings the global energy conversation to a city known for ideas, creativity, and renewal.

Away from everyday business pressures, Florence offers a calm, inspiring setting that encourages open dialogue, fresh thinking, and meaningful connection making it an ideal place for leaders to step back, share perspectives, and shape what’s next for energy.

''Exceptional. At other energy conferences, basically, you already know most of the topics. Here, it’s new because it is bringing together these two aspects. It’s a unique conference. I think there is no other conference that covers the topic of branding, marketing and energy.''
